Yuanjie Water Services Advances to the District-Level Semifinals of the “Maker Beijing 2020” Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition

Last week, the Haidian District preliminary round of the “Maker Beijing 2020” Environmental Enterprise Window Platform Competition—sponsored by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Finance, and the Zhongguancun Science City Administrative Committee, and organized by the E20 Environmental Platform, the E20 Environmental Business School, and Beijing Shangshan Yihé Investment Management Co., Ltd.—came to a close. Following rigorous screening and expert scoring by judges from various platform bases across Haidian District, Beijing Huaxia Yuanjie Water Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Yuanjie Water”) successfully advanced to the district-level semi-finals.

Moving forward, the Beijing Municipal Demonstration Platform for Public Services for SMEs will provide even greater support to environmental enterprises on the platform in areas such as policy guidance, government incentives, and project applications.
The following is the list of environmental enterprises that have advanced to the Haidian District semi-finals of the “Maker Beijing 2020” Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition.

This competition is themed “Maker Beijing, Creating the Future,” with the overarching goals of unleashing innovation potential, pooling entrepreneurial resources, and fostering a vibrant “mass entrepreneurship and innovation” ecosystem. Yuanjie Water Services’ entries in the semi-finals span a wide range of strategic emerging industries, including next-generation information technology, intelligent equipment manufacturing, and green energy conservation. Moreover, its submissions in the cultural creativity and new convenience services categories also integrate cutting-edge technologies such as big data and digital integration, fully showcasing the company’s commitment to technological innovation.
Industrial Upgrading: A Promising Future
Yuanjie has advanced traditional single-variable-frequency speed-control water-supply equipment into the era of multi-variable-frequency and digitally integrated full-variable-frequency water supply—by integrating digital technology to develop an all-in-one digital controller that replaces the conventional control circuit composed of a PLC, touch screen, PLC function expansion modules, relay components, and connecting wiring. Now, simply pairing it with a standard variable-frequency drive is sufficient to control the operation of the pump set.
Equipment advantages:
1. Modular architecture: compact in size yet highly functional, with menu-driven operation that allows users to select the required functions based on specific application conditions, thereby achieving product standardization and versatility.
2. Regardless of changes in pump power or variations in application scenarios, there is no need for professional electrical engineers to manually program a PLC; instead, relevant pressurization pump operating parameters can be directly set and adjusted via the controller’s display screen through intuitive human–machine interaction.

Research and Development:
The entire system is divided into three components: the field device controller, the server, and the client. These components communicate with one another over the Internet to enable remote monitoring and maintenance of water pumps, as well as information sharing.
Platform functions: pump station query and positioning, real-time monitoring of equipment operating status, on-site video surveillance, and remote fault resolution with automatic recovery, among others.
Platform features: automatic failover for host failures, automatic device recognition, comprehensive multi-platform support, easy upgrade and maintenance, all-round equipment status monitoring, and multi-type display interface design.
