Integrated Wastewater Treatment System

   Process Principle

  After preliminary treatment in the septic tank, the wastewater passes through a dedicated screen to remove larger suspended particles, then is lifted by a pumping unit into the anaerobic tank for anaerobic treatment (decomposition). The effluent from the anaerobic tank overflows into the aerobic tank for aerobic treatment (decomposition), and the effluent from the aerobic tank subsequently undergoes MBR biofilm filtration to further enhance water quality. This entire process effectively degrades and removes pollutants from the wastewater, resulting in reductions in key parameters such as suspended solids (SS), chemical oxygen demand (COD), biochemical oxygen demand (BOD), ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, and total nitrogen.

  Advantages of Integrated Wastewater Treatment Equipment:

  ★ Integrated process and structural design, compact footprint, and can be buried underground or installed above ground.

  ★ Stable effluent quality that meets standards, low energy consumption, minimal project investment, and low operating costs;

  ★ Adopts a fully enclosed design, resulting in low noise levels, minimal odor emissions, and reduced impact on the surrounding environment;

  ★ High degree of automation, easy to manage, and no dedicated personnel required;
