 Water Quality Improvement

    Disc film:

     · The membrane material is polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), with a pore size of 0.001 to 0.02 μm.

   · The primary function of the filter membrane is to remove various suspended particles (≥2 μm), colloids (≥0.1 μm), and bacteria (≥0.2 μm) from the raw water. It offers high filtration accuracy, superior and stable effluent quality, and strong resistance to shock loads.

   · The membrane surface is hydrophilically modified to prevent pore blockage and reduce the accumulation of surface fouling.

   · The filtration unit of the membrane assembly consists of multiple filter membranes; in the event of damage, only the individual damaged membrane needs to be replaced, which simplifies operation, conserves resources, and reduces replacement costs. The entire membrane assembly features an open-design structure, facilitating cleaning and maintenance. The membrane adhesive is a single-component moisture-curing polyurethane hot-melt adhesive (PUR), characterized by high initial strength, excellent thermal-viscosity stability, superior final strength, good water resistance, and outstanding weather resistance.

Source-clean disc membrane purification unit—addresses water quality contamination in urban distribution networks, ensuring that treated water maintains consistent quality from the plant to the tap.
