Whole-System Water Treatment Unit

Corrosion, scaling, sludge accumulation, and the proliferation of bacteria and algae are common and significant hazards in industrial and domestic water systems, particularly in recirculating water systems, where water-quality issues are often multifaceted. However, conventional single-function equipment, constrained by factors such as capital investment and space limitations, is typically unable to provide comprehensive solutions. Our company’s “Fully Automatic Water Treatment Unit,” which integrates a range of cutting-edge technologies, is specifically designed and manufactured in several models (A, B, C, and D) to address diverse challenges—including electrochemical corrosion, composite scale formation, water-quality optimization, and the control of bacterial and algal growth. This unit offers integrated, all-in-one water treatment capabilities, including comprehensive water-quality improvement, scale inhibition, corrosion protection, bactericidal and algicidal action, and ultra-fine filtration. Featuring an electromechanical integrated design and operating entirely through physical processes, it also boasts exceptionally low operation and maintenance costs, making it one of the most advanced water-treatment solutions available.

Type A (Corrosion-Resistant Ultra-Clean Filtration) Application Systems: Chilled Circulating Water, Domestic Cold Water Systems, etc.

Type B (Anti-scaling Ultra-Clean Filtration) Application Systems: Chilled Circulating Water Systems, Domestic Cold Water Systems, Laundry Rooms, and Various Heat Exchange Units in the Food Service Industry, among others.

Type C (ultra-clean filtration system for sterilization and algae control) application systems: cooling circulating water, water quality filtration, swimming pool circulating water, etc.

Type D (anti-corrosion, anti-scaling, and ultra-clean filtration for bactericidal and algaecidal applications) application systems: chilled water circulation, cooling water circulation, industrial water systems, swimming pool circulation water, etc.

  ② Pressure loss < 0.03–0.06 MPa

  ③ Operating voltage: 220 V ±10%, 50 Hz ±5%

④ Operating environment requirements: temperature -25°C to +50°C, humidity <95%

  ⑤ Operating temperature: 0°C to 90°C

⑥ Mean Time Between Failures shall be no less than 50,000 hours.

⑦ Suitable for tap water, chilled water, cooling water, hot water, swimming pool water, and more.

  Installation Precautions

■To facilitate equipment installation and maintenance, the top of the main body and its maximum outer diameter shall be spaced at least 400 mm from other equipment.

  ■ Do not operate the equipment for extended periods without water.

■The equipment shall be installed in a bypass configuration to enable maintenance and backwashing of the filter media without shutting down the system.

  ■ During system operation, backwashing shall be performed when the inlet–outlet pressure differential reaches 0.03 to 0.06 MPa. For a new system during initial commissioning, backwash every 8 hours, 1 to 2 times; for systems with severe fouling, air–water mixed backwashing shall be employed.

■Backwashing: Open the main valve and the drain valve, close the equipment’s inlet valve and power supply, and perform backwashing of the filter bed for approximately 30 seconds (adjust as needed based on water quality).

  ■ After the composite filter element has been installed, restore the pressure differential across the inlet and outlet to its original value, then open the inlet valve, close the main valve and the drain valve, and connect the 220V power supply to enable the equipment to operate normally.
