Industrial Park Wastewater Treatment
Design of the Wastewater Treatment Project for the Haidong Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Park:
The treatment capacity is 1,500 tonnes per day, to be implemented in two phases. The first phase has a capacity of 750 tonnes per day. The raw wastewater for the treatment plant consists of comprehensive industrial production wastewater from the industrial park, with a complex composition; the treated effluent meets the requirements for landscape irrigation and replenishment of the park’s landscaped waterways.
Structural form: Semi-underground steel-concrete structure
Treatment process:
Raw water → Grating → Cyclonic Sand Separator → Equalization Tank → Hydrolysis Acidification Equalization Tank → Anoxic Tank 1 → Aerobic Tank 1 → Anoxic Tank 2 → Aerobic Tank 2 → Secondary Sedimentation Tank → Magnetic Separation Equipment → Clear Water Disinfection Tank
