Atmospheric Constant-Pressure Water Make-Up and Air-Exhaust Device

  Atmospheric Constant-Pressure Water Make-Up and Air-Exhaust Device

The YJDP constant-pressure unit ushers in a new era in central air-conditioning pressure-maintenance systems and is suitable for all heating and cooling systems. This system effectively eliminates air-related issues throughout the entire piping network, ensuring that no air pockets remain—even at the highest points or in any hard-to-reach corners. As a result, there is no longer any need for costly, decentralized mechanical air separators or time-consuming manual venting procedures. Widely employed in residential buildings, hotels, hospitals, and other civil structures as well as in industrial facilities, this series is extensively used in domestic water supply, production processes, and fire-suppression systems, earning widespread trust and high praise from users.

  Features:

  1. Compact structure and small footprint: This unit features a split-design assembly that neatly separates the pump unit from the tank, thereby minimizing the required floor space.

  2. Precise Control: The system features a highly integrated control cabinet that accurately displays tank water level and system pressure changes.

  3. Excellent air tightness: The interior of the tank is lined with food-grade rubber, and a special automatic venting device quickly removes gases from the system, minimizing gas–water contact and ensuring that the water quality remains uncontaminated.

  4. Simple Operation: This unit features a Chinese-language display and user-friendly interface, making operation straightforward and intuitive. Users can adjust parameters according to actual conditions to achieve optimal performance.

  Model Description

  Structural Description

The YJDP constant-pressure device consists of a atmospheric-pressure diaphragm primary tank, a control unit, and connecting hoses.

The diaphragm-type accumulator consists of a tank shell, a rubber bladder, an automatic venting device, and other components.

The control unit consists of an integrated control cabinet, pressure sensors, liquid-level sensors, water pumps, solenoids, and other components.

  Working Principle

The system employs digital integrated control, utilizing pressure sensors and liquid-level control devices to transmit digital signals for system pressure and tank water level, thereby precisely regulating the operation of each unit.

Constant Pressure: A constant-pressure pump and a pressure-relief valve maintain the pressure within a fluctuation range of ±0.2 bar. Expansion water is introduced into or discharged from the system at atmospheric pressure via two separate expansion lines.

Venting: During the venting process, high-pressure circulating water enters a atmospheric-pressure tank for pressure reduction, followed by gas–water separation. The separated gas is then discharged into the atmosphere through the vent valve.

Water Replenishment: Water loss due to gas venting and leaks in the system piping can be continuously monitored by the control unit. When the water level falls below the set threshold, the system automatically replenishes the water. The water level in the diaphragm tank is detected by a water-level sensor.

Drainage: When the system water temperature rises and the pressure exceeds the set limit, excess water is automatically discharged into the primary tank to prevent overpressure on the tank.
