　　Overview

　　The fully automatic dosing unit is a utility model device specially designed by our company to optimize the operation of recirculating water systems. It is a new-generation, energy-saving water treatment equipment developed by incorporating the advantages of similar products both domestically and internationally.

　　The fully automatic dosing unit mainly comprises a solution tank, mixer, metering pump, Y-type filter, solenoid valve, check valve, pulse damper, water level gauge, and pressure gauge. Force The control cabinet, installation platform, and other components are integrated and mounted on a single base. Users need only place the modular dosing unit in the dosing room, connect the dosing pipelines, and plug in the power supply to start operation. During operation, the system automatically monitors the pH of the fluid, intelligently determines the required dosage, and precisely injects the corresponding chemical solution.

　　Working Principle

　　Dosage of chemicals into the system is achieved through the mechanical pulsation of the metering pump and the stroke-adjustment principle. Automatic dosing is realized via two control modes: Time-control mode: a microcomputer-based timer switch is used to control the timed on/off operation of the metering pump and the blowdown valve, thereby achieving scheduled chemical dosing and scheduled blowdown; Indicator-control mode: changes in water-quality parameters are used to control the real-time on/off operation of the metering pump and the blowdown valve, thus enabling automatic chemical dosing and automatic blowdown.
